COMP is the Academy of Finland's Centre of Excellence in Computational Nanoscience research (2012-2017). COMP consists of eleven different research groups working on condensed matter and material physics. Our Centre spans two departments at Aalto University -- the Department of Applied Physics and the Department of Chemistry -- and includes the Department of Physics at Tampere University of Technology.
